Rats and Pups at OHS!

I opened my mail this weekend to find a couple of my photos on a letter from the Oregon Humane Society. I shot these last month, so I had almost forgotten about them. I was excited to see this sweet little rat as a full color image on the back of their envelope.



These puppies were featured in their letter too. They were raised in foster care with an OHS staff member. Their mom, pregnant at the time, was rescued from an awful puppy mill.



And by the way, all of these puppies were adopted last week within days of being back at the Oregon Humane Society. Funny little side-note...I received an email this morning from one of my wedding clients (yes, I photograph weddings too! aliciadickerson.com) that she adopted one of these pups. Small world!
